Phosphating of parts

The process of iron phosphating is applied in pre-dyeing preparation of parts. The aim of phosphating is improving the adhesion between surfaces of parts and dust-polymeric or varnish cover. The phosphate layer also serves as a short-term protection from corrosion.

The preparations which we produce for this type of chemical treatment are double active with both degreasing and phosphating activity, and are fully optimized with a proven balance in the price/quality ratio.
